Brent Parent Carer Forum – Journey of Life Information Day

This is a free event for parents and carers with a child or young person with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), which has been organised by the Brent Parent Carer Forum in partnership with Brent Council and NHS Brent.
The aim of the day is to give families of children and young people with SEND, information about local services, from the point of diagnosis right through to adulthood.
